INGREDIENTS:
Long-pepper, cumin seeds, pepper, coriander seeds, fenugreek, toor dal, horse-gram dal, turmeric, asafoetida, curry leaves, chilly, clove.
MANUFACTURING METHOD:
All ingredients are roasted in iron kadai and powdered.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Heat oil and add mustard, curry leaves and garlic. Add 1 liter tamarind/tomato water, 2 teaspoons of Recipe 247 powder and enough salt. Off the stove after 3-5 mins and serve hot.
